About Us

 Dr. Prima Nwachukwu has experience in different sectors of the economy. Before migrating to the US, she worked as an investment banker where she helped high NetWorth individuals, low- and middle-income families invest in the right kinds of products and services that serve their needs for their financial sustainability. Here in the US, she worked as an associate teacher at Alief Independent School District in Houston Texas where she had the opportunity to teach high performing and resource students. 

Currently, she works with New York Life Insurance as a licensed Life and Health insurance agent to empower the low financial literate populations with the best investments tailored to their needs in the short, mid, and long terms.

She also works as a network council member consultant with Gerson Lehrman group. In this portfolio, she leverages her experiences as a pharmacist, and healthcare consultant in the healthcare space, as an Agricultural Economist in the Agro allied Industries, Nutrition, Food Science and Technology spaces, finance, and education fields to consult for clients. 

She gives quantitative and qualitative analyses, competitive marketing strategies to help companies to make informed decisions which will enable them to be profitable in a competitive space. 

She is also the CEO/Founder of Prim ‘N’ Proper Consultant LLC with a DBA of Prima Health Services. This company was founded on April 27th, 2021, with a primary mission to improve population health outcomes of women and autistic teenagers in collaboration with other healthcare providers through informed evidence-based information, digital engagements, in person consultations, medication therapy management and health education. This business recently got certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, and Blue Wave Supplier Program. 

Before joining GLG group network, she was an Advisor at WebDoctors.com, Sentry Health, New Group, since January 2021. Previously, she held the position of Pharmacy Manager, while working at CVS Pharmacy. A role she held for 7 years (August 2013 - July 2020). Before this, Prima held the position of Staff Pharmacist, while working at CVS Pharmacy. Prima occupied this position for 19 months (February 2012 - September 2013). She also worked for Kindred Hospital which is a long-term care facility with eighty care beds for over one year (February 2012-October 2013). 

In 2022, Prima worked as a registered Pharmacist with Walgreens. (July 2022-July 2024). She still finds time to work as a needed Pharmacist in different Pharmacy practice areas within the retail, specialty, and hospital pharmacies. 

Prima completed an Executive master's in healthcare leadership degree from Brown University in 2015 - 2017.

She is a member of American Pharmacist Association, American Society of Health System Pharmacist and American College of Healthcare Executives.
